How much caffeine is in each serving?

There is 175mg of caffeine in each 18g serving of Primeval.

How much caffeine can I have per day?

Accepted Answer

For healthy adults, most health authorities recommend 400mg per day as an amount not generally associated with dangerous, negative effects. Primeval contains 175mg of caffeine per single serving, which means you can consume 2 servings per day with extra room for caffeine from other sources, without going over the recommended limit.

Do you sell protein?

Can I try a sample?

We offer single serving sample pouches (18g) in all of our amazing flavours. Just visit our 'Taster & Shake' page and choose your preferred flavour/s. We offer these in single pouches or bundles of pouches, which offer great savings on our Tasters and other products.

Do you sell raw ingredients?

Yes we do! We sell most of the ingredients we use to make Primeval Pre Workout on our Raw page.

Can you add/remove ingredients from your Pre Workout for me?

If you require certain ingredients to be removed or a little bit more added, we will be happy to help. Just leave a comment in the 'note' section on the cart page, letting us know what you need. Please note, due to the fact that our packaging is ordered in bulk, there will be a note included with your order specifying the amended ingredient/s.

We’ve got a wide variety! Primeval has many different tastes depending on the flavour of the Pre Workout you try. For more specific information on Primeval product flavours, check out the flavour descriptors on each product page.

Yes! All of our products are gluten free.

Does Primeval Pre Workout contain any allergens?

All of our products are free from common allergens (listed below). If you have any worries or allergies that aren't included in the list below, then please contact us using our contact us form.

*Celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, tree nuts.

What is the shelf life of Primeval?

The shelf life of Primeval - from production – is 24 months. This is detailed on all of our packaging. Store Primeval Pre Workout in a cool, dry place and with the silica pack inside.

We try to send out product with as long as possible before the best before date to give you enough time to consume your products, however this does depend on levels of stock. There may be some cases where you receive something with 3 months until the best before date.
If you receive something with less than 3 months, please reach out to us so we can help.

Can I use Primeval while pregnant/breastfeeding?

Due to the caffeine in Primeval Pre Workout, it is not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can children use Primeval?

No. Primeval is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16 years.

Question 15

Why sucralose?

Accepted Answer

Some people don’t like the inclusion of sucralose in products as it’s an artificial sweetener. We use sucralose for a number of reasons:

1. it doesn’t add any calories or carbohydrates which means the nutritional value of our products are protected,
2. it’s a much healthier option than many other sweeteners,
3. we only have to use a tiny amount as it’s 600 times sweeter than sugar.

Can I mix Primeval with milk/soda? Can I combine flavours? Can I use Primeval in a Sodastream?

That is up to you! The beauty of Primeval is you're in control - lots of our customers combine their favourite flavours with milk, soda, or indeed each other, to create a taste perfectly suited to them.

Will my favourite flavour be restocked?

Accepted Answer

Here’s a handy guide to whether something will be restocked.

• If we’ve specified a product is LIMITED, it probably won’t be restocked once it’s sold out. 
 • If we’ve specified a product is SEASONAL, it will be restocked a few times in a short period, and then will be removed.
 • If we’ve specified a product is PERMANENT, it’s around for the long-haul, and a restock will only be a few weeks away.

When are you dropping new flavours?

Do Primeval shakers come with something to mix up the formula?

Primeval shakers come with a removable grill inside to guarantee the smoothest mix ever.

Are the shakers dishwasher safe?

Accepted Answer

Primeval Shakers are dishwasher-safe, although we do recommend washing by hand with warm, soapy water, just to ensure they’re kept in the best condition. Allow the Shaker to dry completely before you replace the grill and lid.
