For healthy adults, most health authorities recommend 400mg per day as an amount not generally associated with dangerous, negative effects. Primeval contains 175mg of caffeine per single serving, which means you can consume 2 servings per day with extra room for caffeine from other sources, without going over the recommended limit.

The shelf life of Primeval - from production – is 24 months. This is detailed on all of our packaging. Store Primeval Pre Workout in a cool, dry place and with the silica pack inside.

We try to send out product with as long as possible before the best before date to give you enough time to consume your products, however this does depend on levels of stock. There may be some cases where you receive something with 3 months until the best before date.

Due to the caffeine in Primeval Pre Workout, it is not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

No. Primeval is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16 years.

Some people don’t like the inclusion of sucralose in products as it’s an artificial sweetener. We use sucralose for a number of reasons:

1. it doesn’t add any calories or carbohydrates which means the nutritional value of our products are protected,

2. it’s a much healthier option than many other sweeteners,

3. we only have to use a tiny amount as it’s 600 times sweeter than sugar.

That is up to you! The beauty of Primeval is you're in control - lots of our customers combine their favourite flavours with milk, soda, or indeed each other, to create a taste perfectly suited to them.

Here’s a handy guide to whether something will be restocked.

• If we’ve specified a product is LIMITED, it probably won’t be restocked once it’s sold out.

• If we’ve specified a product is SEASONAL, it will be restocked a few times in a short period, and then will be removed.

• If we’ve specified a product is PERMANENT, it’s around for the long-haul, and a restock will only be a few weeks away.

Primeval shakers come with a removable grill inside to guarantee the smoothest mix ever.

Primeval Shakers are dishwasher-safe, although we do recommend washing by hand with warm, soapy water, just to ensure they’re kept in the best condition. Allow the Shaker to dry completely before you replace the grill and lid.
